Products are for sale to the general public, contract purchasers, interior decorators and designers. Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Typographic, photographic and/or descriptive errors are subject to correction. All in-stock quantities are sold on a first come first serve basis.

Ordering

We accept orders through our on-line secure shopping system or by fax, e-mail or phone. Please provide the item number for quicker processing.

Security

Authentic Sites use thawte SSL Web Server Certificates to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site. thawte has checked and verified the company registration documents, the site's registered domain name, and the authorizing contact at the company all according to the strongest identity authentication standard today.

Tax

All sales shipped out of the state of Arkansas within the United States will not be charged sales tax. Arkansas orders will be charged sales tax at the prevailing rate unless a sales tax permit is provided and verified.

Payment

We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Wire Transfer or proforma (payment in advance). Checks returned for insufficient funds will be charged $20.00. Charges to your credit card will reflect the parent corporation, Interior Purchasing Inc., as the charging company. All prices quoted in US$.

Backorders

We require 50% down of total order for items that are out of stock and on backorder. This is due to our commitment to the mill to manufacture our product. Merchandise will be shipped as soon as possible upon availability. Please be assured that we will always do our best to give you accurate delivery dates.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. All shipping and special processing charges are additional.

Delivery

The approximate shipping time on most items is 10-14 business days. Some items are special order and require additional delivery time. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories allow 2-3 additional days for delivery. International delivery time varies on destination and shipping method chosen.

Within the contiguous United States

Most of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer; therefore, we do not control which carrier is used. Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout. You will be contacted by email/phone if you choose an expedited shipping option. If shipping charges are not available when you check out, we will contact you by email/phone as soon as possible to give you the actual charges and shipping options before your order is processed.

International shipping is available

We will contact you with the international shipping options (USPS if available and Federal Express or UPS) before we process the order. We will not charge your credit card until you approve the whole order including shipping. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping charges including taxes, duties and border fees. Please contact your local Customs office for an estimate of these fees.

Express shipping including overnight, 2nd day, etc. are not guaranteed. We will place all express orders as soon as possible after customer approves charges by email or phone; however, we cannot guarantee that the manufacturer will ship the same day. Charges for shipping method requested will be billed as indicated even if the manufacturer ships several days later.

FORCE MAJEURE. We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or failure to deliver any or all of the products if such delay or failure is caused by lockouts or other labor disputes, production interruptions or limitations, shortages or late delivery of raw materials, natural disasters or other causes beyond our control.

Returned Goods

Return Authorization Form

Customer satisfaction is our goal at InteriorMall.com. However, if you are unsatisfied with our products, please complete our online return authorization form for return. Authorization is required for all returns and must be obtained within 15 days of receipt of item. Custom made items are non-refundable. All others are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Refunds will be processed against the original form of payment. Refunds are issued upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Please allow up to two weeks for us to inspect and process your return. A copy of the original order invoice should be included with the return shipment. Curtain Rods/Wallcoverings must be in unopened package. Please contact Customer Service to ensure that your return has been authorized. Please note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable.

Fabric/Wallpaper Returns

We will accept a return from a customer if the wrong pattern or color was mistakenly ordered and it is over 6 yards, subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Lost or Damaged Goods

Damage Claim Form
All packages must be inspected by the recipient upon delivery before accepted. If there is damage to the package have the carrier make a note immediately. If you receive a package that is in good condition but the merchandise is damaged, call us immediately. Save all of the packaging that came with it. At that time we will issue a claim. InteriorMall.com is NOT responsible for any loss or damage due to packages left at your doorstep by delivery drivers; however, we will file a claim for lost or damaged packages and do everything we can to rectify the problem.

The delivery person may leave packages at residential addresses without obtaining a signature. If you didn't receive your delivery, thoroughly check the area of your residence, including:

Under the doormat
In the bushes
Between the doors
In window wells
With your housemates and neighbors
Under the garage door
Alternate entrances
Along the fence
The office for apartment complexes
