Shipping Information
Up to 102 inches in width, there is NO CHARGE for shipping custom sized blinds within the
contiguous United States. Please note that we cannot ship to PO boxes.
Free Shipping not available on standard size blinds.
1st Blind (Widest Blind per Order)
- Less than 60" Wide: $10.00
- 60" Wide to 102" Wide: $17.50
Each Additional Blind (of any size): $2.50
Products that are more than 102 inches wide, a flat charge of $80 per blind will apply within the 48 Contiguous United States.
Alaska and Hawaii:
We offer shipping to Alaska and Hawaii at a flat cost of $15.00 per blind (for all products up to 102 inches wide).
For products that are more than 102 inches wide, please call our customer service department for shipping information.
International:
Up to 96 inches wide:

Shipping Carriers
All products are automatically ground shipped. If you must have your products
by a certain date, then you should consider requesting special handling, which
can be arranged at an additional cost.
Most products will arrive in two to three weeks.
Production and Shipping Times
Most products are manufactured in 7-10 working days. Wood blinds currently
take 12 working days to produce due to large product demand.
You can expect to receive your merchandise within 2 to 5 days after the date
of production; however, there is no way to predict the exact time your merchandise
will arrive. Your distance from the manufacturing facility is the biggest
factor, followed by current product demand.
If you have ordered multiple products and they are completed at different
times, they will each be shipped separately. Different types of window treatments
may be made in different manufacturing facilities. Each different type of
product is shipped separately and therefore you may receive them at different
times. When your products are large, they may need to be shipped by common
carrier (trucking lines) and this type of carrier takes longer and extends
the time frame several days.
Tax Information
Outside of Arkansas, you do not have to pay any sales tax. For Arkansas residents,
we collect 8.25% state sales tax.
