RMA (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION) POLICY    General information:    1.	An RMA number must be obtained before returning a product. You must specify your original invoice number and a description of the problem. An accurate problem description can help to speed up the resolution of your return request. 2.	Return merchandise authorization numbers are valid for 14 days only from issue date. Interior Mall must receive returns within that time. Interior Mall will automatically reject an RMA that is over 14 days from issue.  3.	Display the RMA number prominently on the outside of the shipping box. 4. Shipment must be received prepaid. 5. It is important to obtain insurance up to the value of the product when shipping it for RMA to minimize potential financial loss. Damage or loss of goods during shipment is the sole responsibility of the customer. 6. Upon receiving the products, credit will be issued within 7 to 14 business days. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.  Return will not be accepted if the merchandise is defaced (any writing on goods or the original packaging) or fabric is cut.
